Now open for business The Exchange is our new modern and fully accessible community building which is based within the ground floor of the historical Old Telephone Exchange in the heart of the town centre in Albert Street.

We have four multi-purpose rooms available for hire:
Monday-Friday 4.00pm onwards/ Bank Holidays all day/ Weekends all day

We will be holding community events at the Exchange so please check back regularly

Room Hire Terms and Conditions

 The Exchange 1 WEB  Clover Room

  • Size 15ft x 30.5ft
  • Board room style: 16 people
  • Informal workshop: 24 people
  • Lecture style: 30 people
  • £15 for first hour and £10 per hour thereafter
 The Exchange 3 WEB Lily Room 

  • Size 11ft x 14ft
  • Computer station set up: 10 people
  • £15 for first hour and £8 per hour thereafter
 The Exchange 5 WEB Daisy Room

  • Size 13.5ftx12ft
  • Board room style: 10 people
  • Informal workshop: 12 people
  • Lecture style: 12 people
  • £15 for first hour and £8 per hour thereafter

  • Maximum capacity: Soft seating: 8 people

 The Exchange 2 WEB Kitchen

  • Use of kitchen included
  • Refreshments can be provided at an additional charge or you can use an external caterer

 Exclusive use of building is £5 extra per hour

The charges set out above are for the financial year 2015/2016. New Directions (Rugby) Ltd reserves the right to change these charges without prior written notice. A minimum charge of 1 hour applies to all rates. Half hour rates also available after the minimum 1 hour has been booked.
