Insights from the ‘Your Views Matter’ Survey 2022

Understanding the Survey:
In 2022, we conducted the ‘Your Views Matter’ survey to gather valuable insights and understand how the people we support and their families view the support we provide, our services and our staff. We are thrilled to share the results with you, as they highlight the positive impact we have made and reaffirm our commitment to delivering safe, caring, effective and responsive services. Through our electronic feedback form, we received a total of 103 responses, each providing invaluable feedback on their experiences.

“As we approached 2022, with pandemic restrictions still in place, we knew that we needed to change the way that we carry out our satisfaction surveys. We put in place a simple online form that allowed everyone to share their views and we are delighted with the results.”
Positive Feedback Highlights:
We are delighted to share that an incredibly high number of respondents expressed their satisfaction by giving their experiences a rating of “Good” or “Very Good” to our various essential questions. The charts demonstrate the positive impact our services have had on the lives of those we support. It is really encouraging to see such favourable ratings, as they signify that our efforts to enhance the well-being of everyone we support are bearing fruit.
The ‘Your Views Matter’ survey has provided us with valuable insights into the experiences and perceptions of our clients and their families. The overwhelmingly positive feedback we received speaks volumes about our commitment to delivering high-quality support, prioritising safety and security, and being responsive to their needs.
We understand that there are always areas for improvement, and we genuinely appreciate the constructive feedback we have received. By carefully considering the suggestions, we are committed to making even more positive changes that align with the needs and expectations of the people we support, their friends, families and associated professionals.
