We want all of our staff to have a good work-life balance and recognise that we all face challenges in our lives both at home and at work where we may need additional support.

At New Directions we want our staff to be happy and healthy at work so that they can enable the people we support to live their lives to the full.

We ensure our staff receive a thorough induction into the company and their role and provide an ongoing learning and development programme in addition to regular supervision with their line manager to review achievements and agree performance targets for the year ahead.
