Our 2026 AGM & ASPIRE Awards was a huge success and a particularly special occasion as we continue to celebrate our 75th anniversary.
The evening brought together colleagues, the individuals we support, guests and members of our wider community to reflect on the past year, celebrate achievements and recognise the people who make a difference every day.
We were honoured to welcome the Lord Lieutenant of Warwickshire and the Mayor, who joined us for our AGM and officially opened this year’s ASPIRE Awards.
Each year, our ASPIRE Awards celebrate the outstanding contributions, achievements and dedication of the individuals we support and our staff across six categories: Achieve, Support, Perseverance, Inspire, Respect and Excellence.
Each category highlights a different quality and gives us the opportunity to celebrate the people who demonstrate these values through their actions, commitment and dedication.
The awards evening was filled with inspiring stories, proud moments and plenty of reasons to celebrate. It was a wonderful opportunity to recognise the achievements of our award nominees and winners and to shine a light on the positive difference they make.
This year’s AGM and awards were made even more significant as we continue to mark our 75th anniversary. Reaching this milestone gives us an opportunity to reflect on our history and the many people who have contributed to our journey over the past 75 years, while also looking forward to the future and the opportunities ahead.
An event like this would not be possible without the time, effort and dedication of the people behind the scenes. We would like to extend a huge thank you to all the staff who helped organise and deliver the evening, from the planning and preparation through to making sure everything ran smoothly on the night.
We would also like to thank everyone who attended and helped make the evening such a memorable celebration.
It was a fantastic evening and a fitting way to continue our 75th anniversary celebrations. We look forward to sharing more stories from this year’s ASPIRE Awards and continuing to celebrate the people and achievements that make such a difference.
