We are committed to continuous learning and development within the workplace and are proud to have been an accredited Highfields Approved Centre since June 2025.
Comprehensive Training & Development
We have clear leadership structures that support staff to perform well and continuously improve, enabling us to deliver high-quality services.
All staff receive a thorough induction and access to a flexible training programme, including face-to-face and e-learning. New Support Workers are supported to complete the Certificate in Care, and we offer ongoing development opportunities, including relevant qualifications and bespoke training to meet changing needs.
Our skilled and motivated team puts the people we support at the centre of their work, empowering them to make choices and maintain control over their lives.

Highfield Approved Centre
As a Highfield Approved Training Centre, we are proud to offer the accredited Emergency First Aid at Work Level 3 qualification to external organisations.
Our training is delivered by a highly experienced instructor with extensive knowledge of the social care sector, ensuring sessions are both practical and relevant to real-world environments.

We are launching with our Emergency First Aid at Work Level 3 course, with plans to expand into additional subjects from our comprehensive training and induction programme.
Our latest 2026 training dates for Emergency First Aid at Work Level 3 are below. We are currently offering spaces at £75 pp and can offer a discount for group bookings of 6 or more, at our Head Office – 27 Bilton Road, Rugby, CV22 7AN.
