I have worked for New Directions since 2017 and during this time I have had the opportunity to work in several different roles, from support work through to team leadership. Working across different roles has given me a wide range of experience and a good understanding of the people we support, as well as the importance of providing person centred support and helping people to live full and meaningful lives.
I have really valued my time at New Directions and the experiences and opportunities I have had along the way. I am now excited to start a new chapter within the organisation as Housing Support Manager, bringing the knowledge and experience I have gained over the years into my new role. I am looking forward to continuing to learn, developing my skills and being part of the next chapter of New Directions.
