I have worked for New Directions since September 2014. Starting as a Team Leader in Supported Living, then Team Leader at our Day Services and finally becoming Deputy Manager at Supported Living. I have worked in a variety of Care and Support settings since 1996, Hospital, Residential and Supported Living. During my time at New Directions I feel I have progressed in my roles through the overwhelming support and excellent training provided by New Directions.
