I am the Deputy Manager of Kings & Lennon Court Supported Living services. I have worked for New Directions since June 2019. I have progressed from support worker, to senior, then team leader and now into my current role. My journey has allowed me to build strong relationships with the individuals we support and develop a deep understanding of their needs. I am passionate about providing person-centred care and supporting both individuals and staff to achieve positive outcomes.
