I joined New Directions in January 2026. I bring experience in HR, recruitment, and social media management, which allows me to support both the growth of our team and the promotion of the fantastic work we do.
A key part of my role is recruitment, where I help attract and recruit passionate, dedicated people who share our values and commitment to providing high-quality support for the people we support. I enjoy connecting with candidates and helping them find rewarding careers where they can make a real difference.
My main goal is to build stronger relationships with the people we support by creating engaging content that focuses on their stories, experiences, and achievements. I am passionate about using marketing and communication to highlight the positive impact of our services while ensuring the voices of the people we support remain at the heart of everything we share.
