CCN is seeking a full-time Floating 1:1 Support and Activity Worker to join the team. In this role, you will either lead sessions or provide one-to-one support to customers, helping them access and engage in their chosen activities as part of their day opportunities.
CCN offers a diverse programme of activities, including centre-based sessions such as therapeutic art, cooking, baking, needlework, computer skills and CV writing, as well as flower arranging and more. The community programme includes activities such as horse riding, community clean-ups, shopping and budgeting, rambling, travel training, book club, allotment work, and a variety of outings.
The successful candidate will support customers within group sessions or provide dedicated 1:1 assistance to enable participation, both at CCN and in community-based activities.
On days when 1:1 support is not required or sessions are fully staffed, you may be asked to work across other New Directions services where additional staffing support is needed.
