I have only recently joined the New Directions team in March 2024 as Housing Support Manager. I come with over 3 years of housing experience, recently completing my CIH level 3 and have almost 20 years of customer facing roles within the Rugby area. This meant I had some knowledge of New Directions and was very pleased to be joining the team. I already feel part of the team as everyone I have met so far has been so welcoming and I am looking forward to meeting the rest of the team and the tenants.
