New Directions (Rugby) is looking to recruit an experienced Senior Support Worker to join our Supported Living team.  You will bring your experience, motivation and passion to join our team and make a positive difference to the lives of the people we support, helping them to develop and maintain their skills, and to create a  welcoming environment where they can relax, be themselves and live the life they choose. You will be responsible for a range of Senior Support Worker duties, including checking-in and administering medication, completing fire checks, arranging shift cover for shortfalls and absences, completing handovers, helping to induct and provide on-the-job coaching for new staff, and knowing what to do in an emergency/dealing with emergency situations.
